**Kehilla Assessment

All full and single membership fees include a Kehilla assessment of $54: $18 to the Teaneck Eruv Committee and $36 to the Teaneck Mikvah Association. These fees are levied on each of our members by the Eruv Committee and Mikvah Association as approved by our board and the boards of other area synagogues. All funds collected go toward maintenance of the eruv and mikvaot, respectively.  Local associate members pay these fees through their primary shul. If you are a full/single member at both Netivot and another local shul, and have paid this assessment through that shul, please let us know so that we can adjust your bill accordingly. The assessments will appear on your statement separately from the membership fee.

In addition to annual dues, full members have a $7,000 building fund obligation. Associate members not currently paying a pledge for a building fund at their primary shul have an obligation of $3,500. Single members pay $3,500. These obligations may be paid over 6 years. The obligation for new members starts in their second year.
