This Shabbat – World Aphasia Shabbat Netivot Shalom is one of the many shuls participating in World Aphasia Shabbat this week. The purpose is to raise awareness within the Jewish community about people living with aphasia and other disabilities.
Support for Ukranians Impacted by the Kakhovka Dam Destruction Netivot Shalom’s former Rabbinic Intern, Rabbi Dina Brewer is now the Executive Director of Jewish Relief USA. This organizations is raising funds for communities (Jewish and beyond) whose water supply was affected when the dam was destroyed. You can support these efforts here.
