Started in 2017 by Bergen County Freeholder Tracy Zur, We The People strives to bring together middle school aged students from across Bergen County to work on service projects while learning that we are all more alike than we are different. This year we are aiming for 400 students between 5th and 8th grade to join us for our annual Day of Service on Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day!
The students will be completing such tasks as: making blankets for seniors and small children, packing hygiene kits for the homeless, decorating and packing activity bags for children at Hackensack University Medical Center, creating "Go Bags" for children in the foster care system and Shelter for Hope and Safety.
5th - 8th Grade students can register by going to our Events page! Please visit their website for more information.
Care One Minyan
Care One is in need of a few men each Shabbat so the residents will have a minyan. They are particularly worried about having a minyan on January 25th/26th. Please use this LINK to sign up for the Care One Minyan.
