Nominating Committee
There will be a general board meeting and election of board members in June. Nominations are open for the following board positions: President, VP Operations,VP Programming, Treasurer, and two general board positions. 15th Annual Netivot Shalom Wine and Cheese Tasting Party
Come and join all your friends and fellow shul-goers on Saturday, March 16th at 9:00pm for an evening of revelry, libations, fermented grapes, and cheese. Good friends, great music, and a chance to learn about, taste, and even buy a phenomenal selection of kosher wines from Israel and all over the globe, just in time for Pesach. We are fortunate to have Mendy Mark from FillerUp on hand to help everyone with their selection of wines at the lowest prices of the year.
This wonderful evening is also a fundraiser for the shul and all orders over $100 include free delivery.Only $10 per person, $18 per couple. PleaseRSVP before noon on Friday, March 15th.

Mishloach Manot
Netivot Shalom invites you to participate in our annual Purim Mishloach Manot fundraiser . Your participation in this effort enables us to raise necessary funds for Netivot Shalom. Dr. Malka Z. Simkovich - Scholar in Residence March 16th
Dr. Malka Z. Simkovich will be joining Netivot Shalom as Scholar in Residence on Shabbat, March 16th. Among her accomplishments, Dr. Simkovich is the Crown-Ryan Chair of Jewish Studies and director of the Catholic-Jewish Studies program at Catholic Theological Union in Chicago, as well as a Core Faculty member of Drisha Institute.
She will be speaking on the following topics:
1. Pre-musaf Dvar Torah - The Emerging Interest of Orthodox Leadership in Jewish-Christian Dialogue 2. Following kiddush - Messianism and the Apocalypse: What Did Jews Write About After The Babylonian Exile? 3. Between mincha and maariv - Sectarian Judaism and Common Judaism: What Made You a Jew in Second Temple Times? The program is being sponsored by the Abraham and Sheila Schlussel Adult Education Institute.
