No food should be brought into the sanctuary during kiddush. Children should not be in the sancturay during kiddush unless accompanied by a parent. Please help the kiddush clean-up team by making sure children clean up after themselves.

When anti-semitism strikes our community, we stand up and stand together. This Sunday, join the Solidarity March: No Hate. No Fear. The March will start at 11:00 AM in Foley Square and go across the Brooklyn Bridge to Columbus Park. More information here.

Netivot Shalom is co-sponsoring two community events in commemoration of Martin Luther King Day:
Jan. 5 at 8:00 PM: “Friendship, Resistance and Strenght: Untold Stories of Activists in the Civil Rights Era” at Congregation Rinat Yisrael. Marilyn Allman Maye and Jannette Domingo, authors of the book Seven Sisters, will share their stories of solidarity, activism and resilience.
Jan. 12 at 6:00 PM: “After Jersey City: Pursing Communal Harmony in a Polarized Age” at the Teaneck Jewish Center. This will be a conversation moderated by Rabbi Daniel Fridman and featuring Mayor Mohammed Hameeduddin; former Mayor, Kevie Feit; and former Town Manger, William Broghton.
