    Parsha Chabura
    Friday, Nov 22nd 7:45p to 10:00p
Come one, come all to a parsha chabura hosted by Imu and Davina Shalev this Friday night, November 22nd at 105 Cherry Lane, beginning at 7:45pm. The chabura will be a collective learning experience: guided but informal, spirited but respectful, meaningful but fun. And there will be snacks that you may or may not pick at, despite having already eaten a big meal (no judgments).

    Clothing Swap
    Sunday, Dec 8th 7:30p to 9:30p
In an effort to become more environmentally conscious this holiday season, Netivot Shalom will be hosting a pre-Chanukkah clothing swap for men, women, & children's clothing as well as children's books. The fashion industry is responsible for 20% of the world's carbon emissions, and thrift shopping is one of the leading ways we as a community can do our part to lower our carbon footprint. The swap will take place on Sunday evening at Netivot, December 8. More details to follow. For any questions please contact Alyssa Reiner (alyssareiner24@gmail.com) or Aja Cohen (ajacalvitti@gmail.com).

Community Tanakh & Mishna Study Program

We will begin our shul wide learning program of all of Tanach and Seder Moed to culminate with a siyum on Shavuot, the holiday of the giving of the Torah.  Each person/family can sign up for a slot to learn for this coming year. Each book or masechet can divided up between family members and studied together or individually. Study can be Hebrew or English. In addition, once the slots are full, people can double up on books already taken. Please join us in participating in this opportunity to learn Torah collectively as a community. Sign up here
