Scholar in Residence Joel Weisberger is an independent scholar of history and translator of Hebrew text. He is also the founder of Channeling Jewish History, a popular social media group that daily disseminates Jewish history and culture to a large audience. Wine Tasting Netivot Shalom’s Annual Pre-Pesach Wine Tasting will be Saturday night, March 14 at 9 PM.
Yachad Shabbaton Netivot Shalom is excited to be co-hosting the Teaneck South of Cedar Community Yachad Shabbaton on March 20-21. We are currently looking for people to both sponsor the shabbaton and to host guests. Guests will sleep at host homes and have dinner with their host family on Friday night. The rest of the meals will be provided as part of the Shabbaton. Hosts are also invited to join the Shabbaton for lunch on shabbat. Purim Lego Party Come in costume for a Purim Lego Party – lego races, games and building – Sunday, March 8 from 10 AM – 12 PM at Netivot Shalom. Program will be run by Bricks 4 Kids. Appropriate for ages 3-10. Cost is $12 prer child with family maximum of $36. Admission includes pizza. Register by March 4.
